I have known Catherina for 24 years. When she was General Manager at The Refinery in London, UK's first men's grooming salon, she offered me my first job as a barber in London when I arrived from Sicily and battled with the owners to take me on as I didn't speak much English at the time. She believed in my ability, and eventually won them over! I went on to become one of the UK's top barbers and won 'GQ Barber of the year in 2019.'
During the past few years, I had to face some very difficult challenges in my personal life. I was stuck. I needed support to find my way forward and asked Catherina to be my coach and mentor.
She worked with me over a number of sessions to help me assess my life, personally and professionally and helped me get right back on track! She just has a way of making you feel comfortable, is easy to talk to, and can also help you to find humour even when things are tough.
